About the role

Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, RCM – Billing Strategy & Process Excellence is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen Walmart Connect’s end-to-end billing and revenue operations.

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team integrates business, finance, products and technology to oversee the complete order-to-cash process for Walmart Connect. Focused on safeguarding revenue and financial integrity, the team enhances billing accuracy, accelerates cash flow, and streamlines workflows through data-driven solutions and automation. Collaborating across functions, they drive process improvements and operational excellence to support business growth and new product launches.

This person will have the opportunity to influence how Walmart Connect's billing and revenue infrastructure evolves as the advertising business grows.
The role provides exposure across advertising, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations and gives the individual an opportunity to influence major platforms and processes rather than manage one isolated function.

What you'll do...

The person will spend their time:

Leading complex billing/process initiatives.
Participating in Product and Engineering discovery and roadmap discussions.
Identifying upstream/downstream billing impacts.
Translating operational pain points into requirements and BRDs.
Driving UAT and billing readiness for launches.
Tracking risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
Conducting root-cause analysis on recurring billing issues.
Establishing governance/RACI across initiatives.
Partnering with Finance/Controllership on financial and revenue impacts.
Identifying opportunities for scalable process improvement, AI, and automation.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Program Management, Process Transformation, or related functions.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from discovery through implementation.
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, revenue recognition, reconciliation, collections, and financial controls.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in reconciliation, variance analysis, KPI development, and business-impact assessment.
Experience translating operational/business problems into clear business and technical requirements and partnering with Product and Engineering to implement solutions.
Advanced level expertise of Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

Advertising, digital media, or retail media experience.
Experience influencing Product and Engineering roadmaps.
Experience with large-scale billing or financial-system transformations.
Experience identifying and implementing AI/automation opportunities within operational workflows.
Familiarity with BI/data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
