- Take vital signs, obtain medical histories
- Assist with patient form request ie FMLA or other needed forms.

- Education:High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Certified Medical Assistant requirements: Graduate of Certified Medical Assistant program. Certifications allowed through American Association of Medical Assistants. Registered Medical Assistant requirements:Registry allowed through Association of Medical Technologists.
- Experience: Previous work in a medical setting, preferred
- Licensure/Certification: Current certification as CMA or RMA, required.
- Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
