In this role, you'll work closely with surgeons, providers, and patients throughout their bariatric care journey, helping deliver exceptional clinical support and outstanding patient experiences.

Location: 1280 Hospital Dr Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Fridays 8am-2pm
Status: Full Time
- Room and prepare patients for examination and treatment.
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient concerns.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care activities.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and injections as directed and within scope of practice.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
- Coordinate prescription refills, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
- Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
- Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
