• Hours: 4x9 hour days  8:30-6 pm

     2 weekend shift/4 week scheduling block requirement

As a Physical Therapist , you will provide therapy services consistent with licensure under the direction and supervision of a licensed therapist and functions as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Education

• • 4 Year Bachelor’s degree – Required
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Licensure/Certification

• Appropriate state PT license, required
