Join the nursing team at Hilton Head Medical Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I), providing compassionate, patient-centered care while assisting with daily needs, promoting comfort and dignity, and helping patients and their families feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.
- Strengthen patient care skills while assisting with daily activities, mobility, and personal care.
- Support patients with complex needs as a valued member of the nursing team.
- Observe changes in patient condition and promptly report concerns to the nurse.
- Help patients feel safe, comfortable, and supported during a pivotal stage of recovery.
- Build meaningful connections with patients and families through compassionate care and communication.
- Gain valuable nursing assistant experience in a progressive care setting.

Work Schedule: 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
What We're Looking For- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience:
- One year preferred.
- One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Completion of NAI program, required.
- Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
- Medication Safety - AME, required.
- SC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
