Get to Know Your Team:

• Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

• The Mgr Clinical Education provides strategic leadership for clinical education programs that support workforce development, regulatory readiness, and evidence-based practice across the organization.
• This role ensures educational initiatives align with organizational goals, quality outcomes, and professional practice standards while fostering continuous learning and clinical excellence.
• The position maintains accountability for education planning, program effectiveness, and educator performance.
• Through collaboration with operational and clinical leaders, the role strengthens employee competency, engagement, and patient care outcomes. 

Job Requirements: 

• Master's degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field. 
• 5+ years of acute care clinical experience. 
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. 
• Current Registered Nurse license in the applicable state of practice. 
• BLS certification must be obtained with 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements: 

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. 
• Nursing Professional Development Certification. 
• Advanced Life Support certification.
