**Job Title:** Clinical RN PACU (PAM RN PRN Unit Based Tier III)

**Job Description:** 
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical RN to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team on a PRN basis. As a PAM RN PRN Unit Based Tier III, you will provide exceptional patient care in the immediate postoperative period, ensuring patient safety and comfort while monitoring recovery from anesthesia.

**Key Responsibilities:** 
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition following surgical procedures. 
- Assess and manage pain, nausea, and other postoperative symptoms. 
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. 
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. 
- Educate patients and families on postoperative care and recovery expectations. 
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress. 
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition. 

**Qualifications:** 
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. 
- Experience in PACU or critical care nursing required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
