What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for advancing clinical excellence, patient safety, quality outcomes, operational performance, and an exceptional patient and team member experience.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary partners.
• Develop high-performing teams
• Promote efficient and coordinated care across the procedural continuum.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing licensed in State of Maryland.
• Bachelors required. 
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as an RN. 
• Three years of managerial experience. 
• Demonstrates progressive management experience. 
• Familiar with regulatory and accrediting agency standards. Prior experience to include budgetary analysis, customer service and performance improvement. 

Preferred

• healthcare information systems, statistical/data analysis and project planning management.
• BSN and master's in nursing, Healthcare, Business or Informatics strongly preferred. 
• National certification preferred.

Pay Range: $66.98 - $106.96/hr. (depends on years of experience)
