Shift: Day

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30

Summary:
Responsible for supervision of PACE participants attending the PACE day center. Assists participants as needed at outside appointments. Assists the transportation department as needed.

Other information:
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Must maintain a valid Arkansas CNA license
● Must have a valid Arkansas driver's license and clean driving record
● Two years experience in healthcare preferred
● Experience working with the frail and elderly population preferred
● Excellent customer service skills
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
