Working Hours:  0800-1700

Summary:

Provides leadership to specific nursing departments of the hospital; develop nursing standards of clinical practice, policies/procedures, enhance recruitment/retention, responsible for employee and patient satisfaction; participates in strategic and long-range planning.

Other information:

1. Current Arkansas Registered Nursing license. 
2. Master's Degree in Nursing required 
3. Evidence of successful progressive management experience with a minimum of 5 years in hospital ER, Med-Surg and/or Women & Children's Nursing Management.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
