Position Summary 📦 Now Hiring: Supply Chain Team Leader – ORMC Central Supply 📍 Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) | Orlando, FL Are you an experienced supply chain professional with strong leadership skills? Join the ORMC Central Supply team and help ensure our caregivers have the supplies they need to deliver exceptional patient care every day! 💙🏥 🚚 About the Role The Supply Chain Team Leader is responsible for coordinating daily department operations, leading supply chain activities, supporting Supply Technicians, and ensuring efficient inventory management throughout the hospital and off-site locations. 🔑 Key Responsibilities ✅ Coordinate facility supply chain operations in accordance with Orlando Health policies and procedures ✅ Lead daily workflow and provide guidance to Supply Techs ✅ Generate inventory, management, and operational reports ✅ Process product additions, modifications, and system file updates ✅ Perform cycle counts and inventory audits ✅ Monitor inventory discrepancies and report fluctuations ✅ Support receiving, requisitioning, order processing, charging, and crediting of supplies ✅ Conduct quality assurance checks and departmental audits ✅ Create and maintain employee schedules and department meetings ✅ Round with hospital departments to identify and resolve supply needs ✅ Perform basic system troubleshooting ✅ Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction ✅ Maintain a professional image and deliver outstanding customer service 🎯 Qualifications 📚 Education High School Diploma or GED required Associate degree may substitute for up to two (2) years of required experience Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to four (4) years of required experience 💼 Experience Six (6) years of warehousing or retail experience, including receiving, inventory management, and stocking required 📜 Licensure/Certification None required 🌟 Why Orlando Health? 💙 Work for one of Central Florida's leading healthcare systems 📈 Opportunities for career advancement and leadership growth 🤝 Collaborative and supportive team environment 🏥 Make a direct impact on hospital operations and patient care 🎓 Ongoing professional development opportunities If you're a motivated leader with a passion for inventory management, operational excellence, and team development, we'd love to meet you! 📦 Apply today and lead the supply chain operations that keep ORMC running strong! #OrlandoHealthCareers #SupplyChainJobs #WarehouseJobs #HealthcareOperations #LeadershipOpportunity #NowHiring #ORMC #TeamOrlandoHealth 🚚💙📦
