What you'll do...

Drive Project Execution and Accountability

• Manage project trackers in Airtable, keeping milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and ownership accurate and up to date.
• Proactively monitor progress, flag risks or delays, and follow up with stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Create visibility into priorities, upcoming deadlines, and action items to help leadership stay focused and aligned.

Deliver Accurate, Leadership-Ready Communications

• Build and refine PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate business performance, project updates, and strategic priorities.
• Review presentations and reporting materials for data accuracy, consistency, and clarity before leadership reviews.
• Gather and validate information across teams, translating complex updates into concise, visually compelling presentations.

Strengthen Team Coordination and Effectiveness

• Partner with Director-level leaders to support business reviews, planning activities, and key team deliverables.
• Track decisions and action items, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned on expectations and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and create more efficient ways of working.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
