About the role
Coordinate merchandise inventory and offerings online based on business needs. Role model and demonstrate the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
- Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise for online store and phone store
- Maintain supply stock
- Review orders for fraudulent activity
- Maintain customer special order programs
- Maintain clean, organized distribution center
- Assist in back up for eCommerce Customer Service Representative
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus 2 years' experience in the jewelry industry; or combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass drug test
- Ability to work weekends on an occasional basis
- Ability to travel independently on a regular basis
- Maintain confidentiality
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects
- Familiarity with industry terms/processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to continue education as necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 7,000 SPH ten-key
- 60 WPM typing
- Valid driver's license
Desired
- Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure
- Proficient knowledge of financial statements and budgets
