Element Jobs helps people discover job opportunities through its website and public, read-only MCP integration. The plugin searches and retrieves public listings. It does not submit job applications, contact employers, or make hiring decisions on your behalf. Public search does not require an Element Jobs account.
Job information and applications
Listings and pay information originate from employers and recruiting sources. Information can change, become unavailable, or contain errors. Listing inclusion does not guarantee that a role remains open, that pay applies to every applicant, or that an employer will respond. Verify requirements, location eligibility, compensation, and availability on the employer's job detail page before applying.
Remote positions can have geographic restrictions. Numeric salary filtering uses explicitly stated annual USD pay and excludes missing, ambiguous, or hourly compensation. It is not a guarantee of earnings or a comparison of total compensation.
Employer websites and ChatGPT are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. Element Jobs does not control employers' application or hiring processes.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, impersonate another person, or submit malicious content. Do not send passwords, sensitive medical records, or government identifiers through search or Support. Respect the rights of employers and other content owners when using listing information.
Accounts and privacy
If you use an optional account, provide accurate information and protect access to your Google account. Account management and deletion are available through Element Jobs' Account page. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy at https://element-jobs.com/privacy.
Availability and support
Features, listings, and integrations can change. The service does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular search outcome, employment, or a completed application. Questions about the service can be sent through https://element-jobs.com/support.
Changes
Element Jobs may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Contact Support if you have a question about these terms.
