You'll be the glue that connects Engineering, Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, and our global partners, so the right product reaches the market at the right time.</p> <p><strong>How the role works</strong></p> <p>You own the <em>what</em>: the product direction, scope, and schedule. Your design manager and engineering partners own the <em>how</em>. Together you're jointly accountable for:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Delivering 5★ products:</strong> best-in-class products that delight consumers</li> <li><strong>The right product:</strong> global teams aligned on project direction</li> <li><strong>The right time:</strong> schedules that are current, on track, and meet retailer requirements</li> <li><strong>Full transparency:</strong> stakeholders informed and bought in on status, issues, and risks</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Align daily with Engineering on tasks and deliverables</li> <li>Build project plans and lead internal team meetings</li> <li>Track and drive technical issues to closure in JIRA</li> <li>Translate complex technical challenges into clear updates for non-technical, cross-functional teams</li> <li>Support the project team with hands-on technical activities</li> <li>Support legacy products day to day and prepare updates for executive reviews</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p> <p><em>Essential</em></p> <ul> <li>2+ years in project management or engineering (project management preferred)</li> <li>Experience working with software teams</li> <li>Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, ideally in plastics or consumer products</li> <li>Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and their limits</li> <li>Strong presentation and communication skills, with the listening and influencing skills to build collaborative relationships</li> <li>Experience with Jira and Confluence</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>A hands-on work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment</li> </ul> <p><em>Desirable</em></p> <ul> <li>Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, such as the executive team or board</li> <li>Budget management experience</li> </ul> </div> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Salary and Other Compensation: </strong>The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
